Are the two hangers now packed individually as before or are they still both in one plastic bag? Unfortunately, it is not usable when packed in plastic, as one hanger always dries out.

Hi yeah, thanks for your patience. The moth protection starts to work as soon as it is exposed to air. This is also the case if the bag is not sealed airtight after opening. Normally, both items in the bag are used at the same time, whether in the cupboard or in the drawer. As described, you need 1 moth protection per meter of wardrobe width and 1 piece per drawer, chest or garment bag. We therefore recommend using both at the same time.
