Hello, I have a question about creams (whole or half cream). I recently discovered that they contain additives, one of which, carrageenans (E407), is not without reproach from a health point of view... On the other hand, when I look at the composition of sour creams (fresh creams) I can't find any additives; yet these creams are quite thick: do they really contain no additives, and if so what thickens them?
