Whether used cold or warm, the prepared food (fish, meat, pasta) takes on a fresh, light flavor. The price/performance ratio is just right.
Excellent in salad dressing
It has a refreshing lemon flavor. I would gladly buy it again.
This oil is marvelous, just one try on a dish of liguines, replaces a thousand times more other accompaniments.
