There were no signs of abnormalities either in the samples from the same production series or in the associated production documents. Furthermore, as you already know, there were no changes whatsoever. In view of these results, we cannot explain the cause. The most obvious suspicion seems to us to be that the unfamiliar taste experience is due to a break in the cold chain. In retrospect, it is no longer possible to trace where in the value chain this occurred. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. You can be sure that we will continue to follow up on the issue in order to make adjustments if necessary. We hope you will give our Momos another chance to convince you of their proven quality. Migros can't say for sure, but most frozen products can be kept for years (if stored correctly, at at least -18 degrees). Without any loss of taste.

Once defrosted, consume quickly.

If the momos are stored correctly, bacteria, spores and mold cannot multiply. This means that the cold chain must not be interrupted and that the momos must then be prepared correctly according to the instructions. In this case, the Momos can be consumed for a long time after the best-before date without any health concerns. In this case, the stated shelf life refers to any loss of quality that may occur during storage. This means that the taste of the Momos may change, as the oxidative and enzymatic processes in the freezer are greatly slowed down but not stopped and / or changes in texture may occur.
