Why is the 500gr Mister Rice Carolina 10 Min no longer available there are so many stand alone households I am very disappointed
I am also alone and take 1kg of rice... and I don't see a problem here... less in winter than in summer...

I feel the same way. Rice has such a long shelf life and I think the 1 kg pack is ok.

What happened to the rice? It was always so delicious, but a few packs ago something went wrong.

This rice has been tasting strange lately, inedible. I would be happy if the quality was checked. I will unfortunately have to dispose of the pack.

Hello Mango96, thank you very much for your feedback on the organic Mister Rice Carolina. We are sorry that you were not convinced by it! We can assure you that the rice comes from the freshest available harvest. During internal checks, we also noticed a difference in taste compared to the usual product. This change is due to a change in the origin of the rice. Under normal circumstances, we source the raw materials from Italy and Greece. However, due to a shortage of raw materials, we had to procure goods from France. Basically, the rice is identical. However, due to the different place of cultivation, with different natural conditions (soil, water, air), there are still differences in taste. We are currently working on sourcing the rice from Italy or Greece as usual. This should be the case again for the new harvest in the fall at the latest. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Wow, just a few months ago you paid 2.70. That's a price increase of over 40%! What's more, Max Havelaar is now more expensive than Mister Rice, whereas previously the prices were identical. How can this price increase and the new price difference be explained?

Thank you for your question.
Raw material prices have risen massively due to very low harvests. We were no longer able to bear these price differences ourselves and had to pass some of them on to our customers. We also very much regret this.
