Hello It would make sense to offer the product in a 1 liter container. I have also noticed that the price is quite volatile; difficult to understand with this product. Perhaps I am wrong. But the main concern remains: larger bottle, please with the same lid for good dosage.

Hello JasonButterfly, thank you for your suggestion, which we have submitted to our specialist department. However, we cannot promise whether we will implement your request one day. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Dear Migros employees I have been using this product for years because I think it has the best taste. Unfortunately, I have noticed with the last two bottles that after a while there are lumps in them, which also prevent them from being poured out. The bottle has to be turned again and again so that some wort comes out again. But the taste is still good. Can I still use the product? Do you know why it forms these lumps? Thank you very much for your answer.

Hello luusmeitschi, thank you very much for your message. First of all, we are pleased that you have been enjoying the taste of the product for years. We are all the more sorry that you found lumps in the last two containers. In order to determine the cause, we would ask you to provide us with the best-before dates and the batch numbers (a combination of numbers and letters). Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Thank you very much for your quick reply. Unfortunately, there is no best-before date on the bottle. The batch number is also not printed on it. Both are printed on the bottle I bought new, but unfortunately not on the one I ordered.

Hello luusmeitschi, thank you for your reply. We are still looking into your question. As soon as we know more, we'll get back to you. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello luusmeitschi, thank you for your patience regarding our clarifications. As you can see from our interim report, our consultations with the specialist department took longer than expected. Below we inform you about the results of our investigations: We produce the Mirador seasoning sauce fresh. The various ingredients are available to us in dissolved form. We remove water from them during production to ensure a long shelf life. Under unfavorable storage conditions, coarse salt crystals can form or fine sediment can settle during storage. This happens especially if the sauce has been stored in cold conditions in the meantime or if water evaporates during long storage periods. This changes the solubility equilibrium and results in the phenomena you have described. This effect is purely visual and has no influence on the quality of the seasoning sauce. You can therefore continue to use it without hesitation. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused. As an immediate measure, we have asked all departments involved to ensure that the sauce is handled correctly. After all, our aim is to ensure that the product reaches the shelves as we intended. We hope that our efforts are in your interest and that you will give us another chance to convince you of the pleasure you are accustomed to. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Super! Many thanks for the helpful clarifications. Of course I will continue to buy this product. Kind regards

Is this product vegetarian? What is the source of monosodium glutamate?

Hi Mirador101, Mirador is a vegan product. Monosodium glutamate is derived from corn. With our best regards your M-Infoline team

Is the liquid seasoning from Mirador vegan, just like the caster seasoning? I have an older bottle in my stock and it is not (or not yet) marked with the label. Thank you very much for your information!

Hello Ragusa Thank you for your question. The Mirador liquid seasoning contains a flavoring which is unfortunately not vegan according to the supplier's specifications. We hope we were able to help you! Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I would be very pleased if MIGROS could also include CENOVIS - in the tube and as a liquid seasoning [+ with herbs] in its range of seasonings.
Cenovis tastes great, is rich in vitamin B and can be used in many ways [e.g. for salads, eggs, sauces, vegetable and meat dishes, on bread, with cheese...].
Among my close relatives, Cenovis is appreciated not least because of the memories of my youth associated with this seasoning - apparently these tubes (Cenovis liquid seasoning was not yet available back then) were taken to all the scout camps...

Dear Maripac
Thank you very much for your comment.
We are pleased to inform you that we already have the Cenovis spreadable seasoning in tubes and tins in our range.
However, the products are not available everywhere and are sometimes only available regionally or in all large Migros stores.
If you tell us your shopping region, we will be happy to find a store for you that has Cenovis on the shelves.
We look forward to hearing from you and wish you a good day.
Best regards from the M-Infoline team

Dear M-Infoline Team,
A very good year to YOU ALL - and NOT just on Migipedia or in the 'MIGROS' section.
THANK YOU also for the many patient and helpful information and answers in the past year.
And for this very prompt and helpful reply, which of course pleases me - I didn't know that :)! The shopping region would be Bern, so I assume that MIGROS-Marktgasse in the city center could have Cenovis on the shelves...?
As the "green" LIQUID seasoning with herbs from Cenovis appeals to me in many ways, I would be delighted if this Cenovis product were also included in the Migros range.
lg and good day to you too, "maripac"

Hello Maripac
You can find Cenovis and Cenovis without salt in the following stores in Bern, for example:
- MMM Marktgasse, Marktgasse 46
- MM Bubenberg, Bubenbergplatz 8
- MM Bahnhof, Bahnhofplatz 10
- MM Freudenberg, Giacomettistrasse 15
- MM Wabern - Chly Wabere, Seftigenstrasse 368
We will be happy to forward your request for Cenovis liquid seasoning to the specialist department to check whether it can be included in the range.
Kind regards from the M-Infoline team

Dear M-Infoline team,
Thank you very much for this valuable information - including the forwarding of the Cenovis liquid seasoning, which, as indicated, I use rather than the tubes/cans - I have never even seen the latter. In contrast, I don't really care about the salt content :)
Kind regards and have a good day, "maripac"

Hello,
After looking around, I couldn't find any indication of the content (grams) of cooking salt, flavour enhancer and monosodium glutamate for the 245g of a bottle.
Many thanks for this information.
Ingrid Bovier

Dear customer
Many thanks for your contribution.
We are pleased to inform you that Mirador condiment contains 2% flavor enhancer (monosodium glutamate) and 18.5% salt.
We hope we've been helpful and look forward to welcoming you back to your Migros.

I used Mirador seasoning for years and loved it, but the last one I bought was so spicy
so I had to switch to Knorr seasoning. What a shame!!!

Dear guest
Our supplier has informed us that the recipe has not been changed. For further clarification, please provide us with the M-date (to be sold by/to be consumed by).
Best regards Your M-Infoline Team
