i have a comment about the shaker.
the size of the holes should be checked. for me, everything always clumps together and some ingredients stay in until the end. but the spice itself is great, nothing works without it!

Neither the recipe nor the production process for Mirador has changed. The Mirador still contains no gluten-containing ingredients. According to Swiss food law, traces of gluten that may enter a product through carry-over in the manufacturing process must be indicated if the gluten content is or could be above 20mg per 100g dry matter. The latter is the case with Mirador. For this reason, the product now carries the label "May contain gluten". However, as the seasoning is only used in small quantities when preparing food, any gluten content in the end product is likely to be negligible.

We try to use alternative types of oil in our products wherever possible. For products where substitution is not possible due to the specific properties of the different oils, we use palm oil with sustainability certificates (Book&Claim - GreenPalm). This is also the case with Mirador.
