Why is the herb and meat mirador now only available in refill form? From time to time I like to buy mirador in its original tin.
Hello choupette24, thank you very much for your question. As demand for Mirador in sprinklers has dropped sharply, we now only offer it in refill bags. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why is the shaker no longer available? There are still refill bags, but no spreaders. Ours has "given up the ghost" and the normal Mirador spreader doesn't work because the holes are too small
Hello firefighter39, unfortunately the demand for the spreader was too small, which is why we no longer offer it. However, you can refill any shaker with the refill bag. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Is it possible to receive herbal spice mirador in Turin?
Hi PaoloRusso, thank you very much for your message. As a result of low demand, we have removed this item from our assortment. As an alternative we continue to offer refill sachets. In order to place an order in Turin, however, you would need to contact a branch. Best regards, your M-Infoline team.

Hello migros mahl a question why is the Mirador tin with herbs no longer available?
Hello TigerLilly77 Thank you for taking the time to write to us. The item has indeed been discontinued, along with others, as part of a product range revision. We decided to take this step after sales had been declining for some time. We very much regret that this decision has disappointed customers who were happy to consume the item and are now annoyed. Unfortunately, space on the shelves is limited, so it is our duty to constantly check the attractiveness of our selection and make adjustments if necessary. With this measure we make room for new products and variations. We hope for your understanding and wish you a nice, sunny day. Kind regards from the M-Infoline team

Hello Migros
I bought a Mirador herb about 2 weeks ago because mine was empty. Now I was shocked to discover that it has a totally different smell and taste. Although you tried to convince another customer that you hadn't changed anything in the recipe, like Rebecca07 (she described exactly the right taste!) I think it smells like underarm perspiration! In my opinion, the curry really stands out, which is easy to tell from the color. It also has a lot less herbs in it. I've used this in my kitchen for as long as I can remember, but will definitely never buy it again igitt!!!!
Lot no. L00232689/21.02.2015 Shaker tin 55g
Hello Guntershausen
Thank you for taking the time to write to us.
We are sorry that you no longer like the taste of Mirador. We have forwarded your complaint to the specialist department, but they have confirmed that the recipe has not been changed.
We hope that we can still count you among our valued customers and wish you a pleasant day.
Best regards from the M-Infoline team
Hello Guntershausen
Thank you for your feedback.
We can assure you that we have not made any changes to the recipe. We have also checked our retained samples and found no deviation from the quality standard.
We have informed the responsible department and quality assurance about your feedback. We will check the product intensively.
Kind regards from the M-Infoline team
Dear Infoline
I am also disappointed with the new Mirador with herbs.
A look at an old and new tin shows (at least to the layman) that the recipe has been changed. For example, pepper and mace are missing from the new one. But maybe it's enough if you just use a more subtle curry. I can send you photos of the list of ingredients if you like
Hello abderjor
Thank you for your feedback.
The recipe has indeed been adjusted. However, the change only concerned the replacement of milk sugar (lactose). The proportions of pepper and mace remain unchanged. However, in the interests of a shorter list of ingredients, these two spices have been added to the curry and are no longer listed separately.
We hope for your understanding and wish you a pleasant day.

Thank you for your interest in our herbal Mirador.
Migros only sells its products in its branches in Switzerland. Unfortunately, we also cannot arrange for shipment of the goods to Italy.

Hello, I am a big fan of the Mirador herb mix. Why is it no longer available in the 900 g tin? Or can I order it online?
Hello guest
It's great that you like our Mirador with herbs so much.
Unfortunately, there was not enough demand for the 900g tin to keep it in our range, so we are currently offering two packaging sizes: 3x55g or the single 55g item. We hope you continue to enjoy the Mirador with herbs.
