Hello, I bought the floor mop + associated style on January 23rd. After using it three times, the green plastic connecting piece came off the broom and the broom was damaged on the wood. You should be able to exchange the floor mop at the store with the proof of purchase. You will find a copy of your receipts from the last 24 months in your Cumulus account, provided you show your Cumulus card when you make a purchase.
