Hello According to the information in the article on the Migros homepage, the material is beech wood, horsehair On the broom it says "Trimming: min. 50% horsehair." What is the remaining max. 49% of the trimming made of?

Hello, I bought the floor mop + associated style on January 23rd. After using it three times, the green plastic connecting piece came off the broom and the broom was damaged on the wood. Now the connecting piece can no longer be attached to the broom. Is it still possible to exchange it or at least dispose of it with you?
Hello Rena76. We had the problem described some time ago. The supplier has since rectified the fault. We're sorry that you got another one with poor quality. You should be able to exchange the floor mop at the store with the proof of purchase. You will find a copy of your receipts from the last 24 months in your Cumulus account, provided you show your Cumulus card when you make a purchase.
