Hello, I bought the Wave 200 microwave from you online 3 months ago, now the interior light is broken... do you really think it is necessary for me to send the whole appliance in to have a 5 Fr bulb replaced under warranty, as the customer service told me?

Hello I baked a fruit cake in the WAVE 200. The edge of the cake is wonderful, the pears are soft, but the cake base is mushy and falls apart. How do I make it crispy too? (I placed the cake in the springform pan on the glass plate.) Thank you very much for your help!
Hello Boesbach4950, thank you for your question. I apologize for the late response. The clarification with the supplier took a little longer. Unfortunately, the microwave cannot bake as well as a normal oven. This can therefore happen. The supplier has recommended choosing baking tins that distribute the heat well. When I make MW popcorn, it takes 2.5 minutes, the (noisy) after-run takes 3 minutes - can it be deactivated? uawg - merci! lg
Hello mylmusic, thank you for your question. Unfortunately, it is not possible to switch off the beeping sound when turning the rotary knob, etc. The cooling after-run cannot be switched off either. The fan continues to run for approx. 2-3 minutes after operation, which is a normal "job" of the program. As this microwave has a grill function and the microwave gets hot after operation, the fan takes 2-3 minutes to cool the machine down. Hello With my old Migros microwave, I could set the power to zero and use the clock as a timer. With Wave 200, I can also set the power to zero, but when I press Start, the plate starts to run. Is it possible to use the appliance as a timer and if so, how?
Hello charlyfuchs, unfortunately this is not possible with this model. The timer is always linked to the function. For microwaves with mechanical operation, it works with the zero setting. The Wave 200 is equipped with digital operation. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team

Hoi asig3arma We are happy to help you. The hot air function is the best way to bake the rolls (like a convection oven). a) If they are frozen, the rolls should be defrosted a little first. This can also be done using the defrost function of the microwave. b) When the rolls come from the store, they can be baked in the microwave using the hot air function according to the baking instructions (convection oven). Can the annoying beep sound be switched off on this MioStar Wave 200 microwave? Every time I press a button or turn a knob, this very, very annoying beep sounds! It also sounds about 5 times when the microwave is ready. Unfortunately, it could not be tested in the store. I would like to exchange it. Thank you for your reply.
