Hi, I've just bought this microwave and would like to know what size anti-splash cover to get and whether it exists at Migros.

Good day. We bought this microwave. We use the grill function to toast toast. However, the grill switches off after 3 minutes. After a few minutes, you can use the grill function again. This was not the case with the old MioStar! Is there a defect here?

How can I make microwave popcorn with this microwave? All (!) attempts to make popcorn (Migros product and others) failed. Either it only popped a minimal proportion of the corn kernels or the popcorn was burnt. I have followed the instructions very carefully - but it has never worked. Not even when I set the microwave myself. That's super disappointing, because we bought the microwave especially for making popcorn. Otherwise it works well.

Hello, can you tell me whether the depth of 36 cm includes the door handle and the socket (cable) at the back or whether this increases the depth? Many thanks in advance.
Thank you for your comment. Normally, the specifications are always with (if available) spacer and handle and without cable connection. The MW appliances often have a spacer at the back so that there is enough space for ventilation. The cable connection would then not be so important. Your Migros specialist store team.

Unfortunately, it is not clear to me what the dimensions of the interior are. I couldn't even find them in the online user manual. This is important for me as all my plates should fit in there. Can someone please let me know?
