Hello, we are not having any luck with the raclette pans on this appliance. The cheese sticks to the pans after the second use. A branch replaced the pans for me....now the new ones are no better at all. The cheese sticks! :-( and we think it's a shame... Can I return the appliance?

Hello, I'm a bit confused at the moment. We bought this oven just before Christmas. Now we wanted to test the pizza function and noticed that it only comes with 4 pizza shovels. The instructions don't show how many should be included. According to the questions that have already been asked, there are either 4, 6 or 8. Is there perhaps a clearer answer here?

Can 8 people also make pizzas here and can the pizzas also be baked in the raclette pans?
The instructions mention 8 people and I would be very disappointed if 8 pizzas could not be made, but I'm looking forward to the answer from Migros.
