Very poor quality. I bought the coffee machine in November and only used it 2-3 times a week, now in May it is broken. The plastic parts inside have probably warped due to the heat of brewing, the hose for pumping up the coffee is constantly falling out of its socket and the water is standing heated in the machine instead of being moved - so making coffee is impossible. My last machine gave me over 10 years of excellent service, this one won't even last a single year
I bought the Coffee Green filter today. Despite all these bad reviews! The machine as well as the coffee is very good!!!
Perhaps it would be useful to read the instructions beforehand (if you can read, you have a clear advantage) ;). It says that if there is too much powder in the filter, it will overflow.
So far, so good. Now we just need to find the right ground coffee.
All nice and good but THERE ARE NO REPLACEMENT PIECES! if you break the glass jug you have to buy everything again! Big and unnecessary waste, not up to the times!
When used correctly, a top product, I love the design, and those who grumble here should rather buy good quality coffee, then the machine will also do its job
We were dazzled by the beautiful design. Only a small amount of coffee can be brewed, otherwise it washes the coffee powder into the coffee. With the paper filter it was really bad, with the permanent filter and half the amount of water it works reasonably well. Now, after just one month, the base of the water jug has broken out. I couldn't find a replacement part. We won't be making any coffee tomorrow morning and wouldn't buy the machine again.
Great design, but unusable! Reason: The machine is designed for up to 10 cups. The filter boils over with just 6 cups (6 spoonfuls of powder) and the whole coffee is full of coffee grounds! I love slightly stronger coffee, but this is not possible as the powder is sponged out and ends up in the coffee. When cleaning the permament filter, the support fell out. When cleaning the filter holder, the spring-loaded head came out at the bottom and the spring flew off somewhere. There is a Swiss-German definition for this: "Fudimanngögis". What a pity, it doesn't match the usual Migros quality!
