The machine actually works well, but the spray protection cover cannot be fitted properly. Even the specialist at the melectronics store in Migros Zurich City took over a quarter of an hour to snap the lid into place. This is rather unsatisfactory, as the function is not fully guaranteed if the lid is not fitted correctly.

Although 1500 W, the appliance struggled, therefore also very loud! When kneading, the appliance switched off after 8 minutes? It had to be switched on again several times. After 3 months it was no longer running. Returned to the Herblingen branch, received a credit note after a week, redeemable at the branch. No indication of what was broken, no compensation for expenses. No wonder customers are increasingly switching to online providers... What a shame!

Works very well, gift for an apprentice baker, he really appreciates it, no worries, resistant material.

Our kneading machine went under warranty, the motor went out. We took it to Migros repair and they later reported that the appliance was not repairable. We received a voucher with the purchase amount for a new appliance. For the same kneading machine, we had to pay 50 Fr. extra, because the appliance is expensive. Is that correct? Why not get the same appliance?

The swivel arm jams a little when you push it down and the paint on the top of the device comes off. Otherwise the device is usable, i.e. it fulfills its purpose.

After about 3 months, the on/off switch stopped working. The machine could no longer be switched off. had to pull the plug. Nothing worked after that.

A bit smaller would be better, does what it should

If I've understood correctly, you can only use 500gr of flour?

Great food processor, great fun to bake and cook with. The bread is super airy and very fluffy mmhhh, can only recommend it :-)

Very good, very practical and easy to use.
