The filter coffee machine is a solid product, I was very happy with it. Unfortunately, the jug for the machine broke: after contacting Migros, I discovered that they don't offer a replacement for the (glass) jug. Not even if you want to buy one for a fee. I am therefore unable to give this coffee machine a better rating.

Works tiptop advantageously with the timer function

I am very satisfied with this coffee machine. The price-performance ratio is great. It is easy to use and well explained, and it is also easy to use. No strange noises, no jerking. A solid coffee machine with no frills. Now I just have to find the coffee that I like.

As Seppi01 has already written, ours gave up after 7 months. The clock works but it no longer pumps water and the plate no longer gets warm. And starting the morning 😂 a day without coffee is like Freddy running away in his dreams, pure horror. Let's see if the warranty works as well as Seppi's

I am very satisfied with the machine, it has been running daily for three weeks. The coffee is made quickly and the machine is easy to clean as the water and filter containers can be removed.

After only 7 months of using the Mio Star filter coffee machine with Art. No. 7174.831.000 (predecessor model of the current product for CHF 29.95), the typical "China effect" occurred after just 7 months: The device simply stopped working! I took the device back to the store and replaced it with the new model at an additional cost of CHF 10.00. I hope that the new model will work for longer. It's a shame that Migros has so many really inferior items "Made in China" in its range these days and doesn't check/control these items better through quality assurance. At least the warranty service works!

I wouldn't recommend this filter coffee maker. One week after buying it, the glass pitcher is already broken, the glass is so thin! I contacted Migros, which is not concerned! I tried to order a replacement glass pitcher from the spare parts department, but it doesn't exist! Here I am with an appliance from China, made from very low-quality materials and ending up in the garbage can after a week's use. It's a shame to sell such mediocre products!
