I ordered and paid for this item. But it was not included in the delivery (with other products), although it should have been included in the delivery according to the delivery bill. Customer service is not available by phone (canceled after 40 minutes on hold) and also does not respond to e-mails or inquiries via the website form about 3 weeks ago. In short, I cannot rate the product because I paid for it but never received it. I will not be ordering anything from DoitGarden again. Update from 29.5.20: After further attempts to contact them by email, telephone and contact form, I have received neither a reply nor the missing item! It also bothers me that this comment is not made public.
