I have already submitted my review of this product. But now I would like to follow up. I bought the first Mini Schenkeli of the season yesterday. Unfortunately they were a disappointment. Extremely dry and rubbery. The taste was indefinably bland with a strange, unpleasant aftertaste. No comparison to the previous crumbly texture, the usual fine sweetness and the light lemon flavor. This is not the quality we strive for. We take your feedback seriously and would like to inform you that we have already launched an investigation into this issue. Our internal tastings have not shown any deviations from our usual standards. Nevertheless, we understand that variations can occur in mass productions and it is possible that a small part of the production may have shown an error. You can be assured that we will closely monitor our future productions to ensure that this does not happen again.
