Less sweet and acidic than regular balsamic vinegars. A real mustard vinaigrette. Well done! It almost seems fresh!

Used to be the best salad dressing until the recipe was tampered with. Now has a totally biting, penetrating vinegar taste that covers everything else. Bruno would probably not enjoy it :(

Very good taste.
I really like this sauce, for almost everything. It doesn't need much at all. Sometimes I nibble on a chicory and "dip" it in the sauce again and again.
