Thank you for your feedback. After internal clarifications, we can tell you that alcohol is used as a carrier in the flavor of the melting bread rolls to release certain flavors. However, most of the alcohol is evaporated during the baking process.

Hello SCHAXE, HIT chocolate madeleines are still part of our assortment. Last year, promotions were held on this product in the cooperatives of Eastern Switzerland, Zurich and Lucerne. This year, this has not yet been the case. It is up to the individual cooperatives to promote this HIT product. We therefore recommend that you contact the cooperative responsible. Hello SN710, we have taken the marble Schmelzbrötli out of our range, as it unfortunately had an increasingly smaller fan base. As an alternative, some Migros cooperatives offer white Schmelzbrötli.
