Why have the Cheese Flutes recipe been changed? They used to taste of butter and cheese, now they are dry and the cheese tastes artificial. What a shame, I won't be buying them again!

In order for us to be able to make inquiries, we need the lot number (letters and numbers mixed) and the best-before date. Has the recipe been changed in the last few months? I used to love the Mini Flûtes cheese more than anything, but when I ate the pack I bought today, I had the impression that the cheese flavor was much weaker than before.
Hello andy75, thank you for your post. We're sorry that the Mini Flûtes didn't taste as good as usual. Can you give us the lot number on the packaging (usually starts with L or a mixture of numbers and letters) and the best-before date? We would like to look into the matter.
