Hello, can you tell me what emulsifiers E471 and E475 are? Thank you.
Hello Makm, thank you for your inquiry. E471 (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids) and E475 (polyglycerol esters of fatty acids) are emulsifiers. We do not use emulsifiers of animal origin - all emulsifiers in our products are of purely vegetable origin, including E471 and E475. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why is the cream and the dough not always the same recipe?
Hello rosmarie_moser, thank you for your comment, which we will be happy to investigate further. We would ask you to let us know what differences you notice. The best-before date of the last pack you bought would also be very useful for us. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

bought on 8.12.23 and eaten with date to consume until 8.12.23 the dough was lighter and the icing stickier than usual. the cream was also whiter and kind of flaky. otherwise it is yellowish. we have experienced this 2-3 times now. otherwise they are the best cream slices on the market!

Hello rosmarie_moser, thank you for the additional information. Some of these crème slices are produced regionally, and the same recipes are not used everywhere. Due to the different production sites, there can always be deviations, but these are always clearly declared. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Is the cream/milk also pasteurized or UHT?
Hello ElCapo1989, the cream used in this product is UHT due to its shelf life. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
