Perfect for my Bolognese
I made Bolognese with it, it was delicious.
I prefer pure ground pork, but that was all they had. So I took this. I don't really like the slightly musty taste. But it was quite good in the lasagna.

I always use this type of mince to make ragù and I find it works really well.
Good, but nothing special. The meat doesn't fall apart easily.
Unfortunately, when I started frying it, I noticed that there were whole pieces of meat in the mixture. This is unappetizing and should not be the case. What a shame!
Lots of water at the start
Serve with stale bread and delicious meatballs
