Hello arnolds13, thank you for your feedback. We have received the following response from the supplier: A torn ear during normal use is annoying. However, the elastic ears or diaper tapes do tear off from time to time, as you have to pull on them when changing a child. If the child moves in the opposite direction at that moment, this can easily happen. Of course, the person changing the diaper is not always to blame. Under certain circumstances it can be production-related. As we did not have a production number for the clarifications, we are unfortunately unable to assess this conclusively for your report.
