Hello, we have bought two packs of Milette Newborn. We have the following problem with both: the adhesives for fastening are very difficult to remove. Sometimes they tear off, in which case you can dispose of the diaper unused. Is this a known problem? Kind regards Raffael Arnold

Please send them to us at Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund, M-Infoline / Reference 20210319-0218, Limmatstrasse 152, 8031 Zurich. You can hand them in free of charge at your Migros customer service or send them to us by post. Please also let us know the production code. You can find this on the foil packaging and on the diaper. Hello arnolds13, thank you for your feedback. We have received the following response from the supplier: A torn ear during normal use is annoying. However, the elastic ears or diaper tapes do tear off from time to time, as you have to pull on them when changing a child. If the child moves in the opposite direction at that moment, this can easily happen. Of course, the person changing the diaper is not always to blame. Under certain circumstances it can be production-related. As we did not have a production number for the clarifications, we are unfortunately unable to assess this conclusively for your report.
