Can you also use this for inhalation? We’ve already done it twice, but then we got scared after reading the warning on the package insert (DO NOT SWALLOW!). Or does that just mean “do not drink”?

Unfortunately, that only partially answers my question. When children rinse their noses, some fluid always runs down their throats—it’s not just a topical treatment. That’s why I asked about inhalation.
Hello marauna, we can reassure you. There is no reason not to inhale the saline solution. The note actually refers to oral administration (drinking). Inhaling is not the same as ingesting.
