Can I use this as an adult, even to rinse my eyes?

Can you also use this for inhalation? We’ve already done it twice, but then we got scared after reading the warning on the package insert (DO NOT SWALLOW!). Or does that just mean “do not drink”?
Hello marauna, thank you very much for your question. The warning “do not ingest” on Milette’s Physiological Nasal Clearing Solution means that the solution should not be drunk or taken orally. It is intended exclusively for external use, such as for cleaning the nose.Best regards, your M-Infoline Team
Unfortunately, that only partially answers my question. When children rinse their noses, some fluid always runs down their throats—it’s not just a topical treatment. That’s why I asked about inhalation.
Hello marauna, we can reassure you. There is no reason not to inhale the saline solution. The note actually refers to oral administration (drinking). Inhaling is not the same as ingesting. We recommend the following method: soak a soft paper tissue with Milette Baby Care Nasenfrei solution and gently dab the nasal mucous membranes with it. Best regards, your M-Infoline Team
Thank you!
