This used to be THE favorite dish of our children - unfortunately no longer edible sorry.
Hello Beatinho, thank you for your message. We would like to follow up on your report. Please let us know the best-before date and the batch/lot number of the product in question. You will find the batch/lot number next to the best-before date. It usually starts with the letter L or a mixture of letters and numbers. We will then be able to make further clarifications for you. We look forward to hearing from you!Kind regards, your M-Infoline team
It's not about the best-before date. The "new" recipe since the renaming to Mini Délice is simply a cheek towards the customers.
The shaped chicken meat is still just fine...but the cheese has been changed and minimized and the small round "ham" or what it should be (see picture) is the absolute negative highlight. Sorry, but something like this should NEVER go on sale. One star is even too good for it :-(
We had hoped that the process would be reconsidered after all the negative feedback. We had therefore bought this product again and hoped that they had gone "back-to-the-routes" with the product. Unfortunately, this is not the case...
Hello Beatinho, thank you very much for your feedback. We are sorry that the Mini Délice Poulet no longer meet your expectations and that your children, for whom it was once a favorite dish, have been disappointed. Following consultation with our specialist department, we can inform you that we have not changed the recipe for this product for over a year. We did not introduce the new product name due to a recipe change, but because of legal requirements. In order to be able to check your feedback more precisely, the production data (best-before date and batch/lot number) would have been helpful in order to analyze the production in question more precisely. We hope you understand that we were unable to carry out a detailed check without this information. Nevertheless, we have passed on your feedback to the relevant departments, who are actively looking into the issue in order to make improvements where necessary. We are sorry that we are currently unable to provide you with any further information! Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you very much for your reply.
I wrote that I had bought the product again (as a kind of trial to see if anything had been adjusted), as the formula had been changed after the name change over a year ago. Unfortunately, this is not the case.
Thank you anyway for your detailed feedback.
Nevertheless, the picture I provided of the contents of this product should raise concerns on your part...

The new packaging no longer says Cordon Bleu, so you no longer know whether you're buying the right pack. Why?
Hello Beatinho, thank you for your inquiry. The item may now only be called Cordon Bleu if the meat is in one piece. In this case, this is not the case, hence the name Delice - but these are still with cheese and bacon. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Has anything been changed in the recipe? The ham is still there, but unfortunately not the cheese. Definitely not a Gordon bleu! Maybe a mistake during production?
Hello Elena20, thank you for your feedback. The cheese should still be part of the product. So that we can trace the production, we would ask you to provide us with the best-before date and the lot number (starts with L and consists of letters and numbers). For now, we wish you a nice day. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Lot 13370, date 29.8., there was really no cheese in it, only ham.
Hello Elena20, thank you for your feedback. As part of the production process, our M-Classic Mini Poulet Delice are manually filled with cheese and ham when the meat mixture is automatically formed. The delicacies are then breaded, deep-fried and deep-frozen after the frying process. Each batch is checked for compliance with the recipe, including a sensory check, before delivery. We have not received any similar reports, which is why we assume that this is a one-off deviation. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
