Hello Lately, we've only been finding the Zero variant in every store. When we asked the staff, they told us that the normal one was no longer available. We are incredibly upset about this and don't understand why there is only one Zero variant left? What sense does that make? Zero is even unhealthier than the normal version anyway. On the one hand, this means that some items will have to be removed from the range or will only be available in larger stores. On the other hand, gaps in the range will also be closed in order to better meet customer demand at each store location.
We are aware that this may mean some adjustment for our customers at first. However, we are convinced that these measures will significantly improve customer satisfaction. Recent customer surveys have shown that customers want a clearer product range.
