Why isn't a healthier, virgin olive oil used? If it's because of the price, a small surcharge would justify it. I don't understand why a healthy food product is made worse by using a refined oil!
And as for the expiration date... why is it printed on the blue side of the new packaging in black, where it's almost impossible to read? Why not make this side light green or write it in white?
I'm taking the time to write this only because it's a good product!
I look forward to your response regarding the virgin oil and the packaging color....
Best regards
Hey Raika, thanks for your message and for taking the time to give us your feedback. Regarding virgin olive oil: we deliberately chose refined olive oil because extra virgin olive oil has an intense flavor of its own that could mask the delicate taste of the mackerel fillets. With refined olive oil, the delicate flavor of the mackerel remains in the foreground. Packaging and the best-before date are important issues. We take your comment about legibility seriously! We have already responded and will print the best-before date in white lettering in future. This will make it easy for you to read as soon as the new items are available in stores.
Thank you for helping us to improve. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
