there are no instructions for using them in the microwave, despite the fact that it says on the box that you can put them in. the old bags had the cooking times and power in W for the micro. thanks for a reply, otherwise i will have to throw them out.

These vary a lot depending on the meal: with meat, for example, it depends a lot on the thickness of the piece of meat. Cooking times for vegetables also vary greatly. For the use of this product in the microwave oven we can provide only one guideline, which is valid regardless of the cooking time: the grill function of the microwave oven should be turned off.
