Bei dem Material handelt es sich um PTFE Kunststoff (Polytetrafluorethylen). Die genauen Inhaltsstoffe sind uns nicht bekannt, da der Hersteller vermeiden möchte, dass seine Produkte nachgeahmt werden. Durch Analysen und Konformitätsarbeit bestätigt der Hersteller uns allerdings, dass Inhaltsstoffe, wie auch Herstellungsprozess, den Vorgaben in der Schweiz entsprechen.
Wird die Folie wie empfohlen benutzt besteht bei der Verwendung kein gesundheitliches Risiko.
Bisher gibt es in der Schweiz keine andere Möglichkeit als die Folie im normalen Hauskehricht zu entsorgen. In einigen Fällen kann PTFE als Sonderabfall eingestuft werden. Informiere dich bei deiner Gemeinde oder dem kantonalen Abfallamt, um den richtigen Entsorgungsweg zu finden. Liebe Grüsse, dein M-Infoline Team

However, we are currently revising our range and have decided to no longer offer the long-life baking film in future due to its PFAS content. We hope this information is helpful for you.
