I like working with this thermometer, even though it's old-fashioned. But I have no qualms about leaving the thermometer in the oven during cooking.

Then it also says that it must not be used in a closed oven.
It also says that it can be used at a maximum of 120 degrees, up to a core temperature of 120 degrees!
I have no idea how Migros cooks roasts.
Then I went to the Coop next door. They were able to sell me a thermometer that is suitable up to 200 degrees and can be used in the oven. Next time I'll do it from the start.
Unfortunately, not a really useful thermometer, as it should not be used with the oven closed and is also not waterproof. (Cleaning only by rubbing)
