Very good product
It's tragic that a pan that apparently costs 39.95 is then charged 49.95 at the till. What a shame, I'm disappointed.
Surprised in a good way! I thought the seemingly sustainable/healthy alternative to Teflon wouldn't be as good, but so far (after a few months) I've even been able to make very successful pancakes that didn't stick!
Attractive price
Coating breaks down after about six months, despite careful cleaning by hand. Today I made chicken (with oil), but there were small dots of the coating stuck to the chicken. That is certainly not healthy! I would be interested to know from Migros whether this is harmful to health
After only half a year, the food sticks more and more to the pan, despite careful care/cleaning. The pan no longer gets clean, the sticky oil can no longer be removed. No longer usable after such a short time, very bad.
Unfortunately, it only lasts a reasonably long time, even if you make an effort with the care.
Great pan at the beginning, but everything sticks now (even with fat in it) and we couldn't get the fried egg residue out despite soaking and subsequent attempts
Advantages
Natural nonstick: Does not contain PTFE (Teflon) or PFOA.
Easy to clean: Food does not stick easily.
Withstands high temperatures: Can withstand heat better than Teflon.
Safe for health: No emission of toxic substances.
Disadvantages
Limited durability: The coating wears off faster than other materials.
Delicacy: Sensitive to scratches and temperature changes.
Not always super nonstick: After a while, it can lose its nonstick ability.
If you are looking for a longer-lasting nonstick pan, you can buy a pan with stainless steel (if used properly) or wrought iron, which improve over time with use.
I bought this pan 13 months ago.
In an ecological concern, I wanted to buy "durable" and my frying pan, which I washed by hand and was careful not to overheat with a light fat, is now (already) ruined. I can no longer remove the grease from the bottom, which seems to "stick". This product deserves a second look!
