For some time now, the first few spoonfuls of the high-protein chocolate pudding have tasted like coffee, which wasn't the case before—has the recipe been changed?
Hello isaleuch, for further clarification, could you please provide us with the best-before date and the lot number? Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello. The packaging has changed. Are the flavors and E407 alcohol-free (e.g., ethanol?) and otherwise alcohol-free as well? Is E471 plant-based? Thank you very much and kind regards.
Hello fatihoeztuerk, Thank you for your inquiry and interest in the product. The flavors and the additive E407 (carrageenan) used are alcohol-free and do not contain ethanol. E471 (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids) comes exclusively from plant sources. We hope this information is helpful to you. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Does anyone know whether the additive E471 (edible fatty acid) in this product comes from animals or plants?
Hi Laang, the plant-based/synthetic version of E471 is always used for Migros-Industry products, including Oh! High Protein Choco Pudding. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I don't like the taste and it's too sweet and artificial.
Hello Michi2000, it's a pity that we couldn't convince you of our product. We will be happy to take your feedback on board. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Expiration date September 7, 2023, opened on August 29 ... Expiration date September 7, 2023, opened on August 29. One franc of mold on surface. Cold chain was guaranteed. No damage to the packaging. Lot no. L00379R405. Strongly recommend to check reserve samples! So far I have been very satisfied and really like the product. And again: Expiry date November 26, 2023 with lot no. L000402R405. Completely inedible! When will something finally happen? I am absolutely disappointed with the way Migros treats quality!
Hello jafretzweber, thank you for your message. We are sorry that you had to experience mold on the pudding twice. Flawless quality is also very important to us. There are various reasons that could be responsible for this deviation in quality. One of them is leaking packaging. During the filling process, the conveyor belt moves the cups from one process step to the next. It can happen that a little of the product drips onto the edge of the cup, which affects the subsequent sealing step. As a result, the lid is no longer completely sealed, and the mold spores in the air contaminate the product. Another reason may be an interruption in the cold chain. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you for your quick response! I would ask that the quality assurance process be improved. The need for treatment has been identified and I am obviously not the only consumer with this experience. Thank you for a brief confirmation that this information will be passed on internally accordingly. I want to have the confidence to buy the product without hesitation in the future. I no longer have this confidence!
I also buy the puddings myself and have never had any problems. With no type of pudding from Oh
Hello jafretzweber, we have submitted your feedback to the relevant specialist department. We have also informed our employees in production about the matter and once again pointed out the importance of complying with the work instructions regarding the correct handling of packaging material. Hello, I have been a big fan of this product for a while but doing some research recently I have noticed that the inclusion of E955 has raised some potential concerns (for instance https://usrtk.org/sweeteners/sucralose-emerging-science-reveals-health-risks/). Could you clarify the use/dosage or any information of the choice? I personally believe that additional sweetener is not needed but eager to hear your view.
Thanks
Dear srda, legally, Migros is governed by the requirements of the federal government (BLV), which is responsible for the risk assessment and evaluation of additives. The Additives Ordinance regulates the permissibility of the various substances and lists areas of application and maximum quantities. As long as the authorities consider sucrlaose to be safe, there is no reason for us to refrain from using these additives.Should the federal government (BLV) adjust its recommendations on the use of sweeteners such as sucralose, Migros will of course comply. All sweeteners were extensively tested for safety before being approved as food additives. Regulatory authorities, such as the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) in the EU, have recognized the use of these substances as safe when consumed in normal amounts. Kind regards, dein M-Infoline Team
