Dear Migros... Another few months have passed and the M Budget drinks are still made undrinkable with sweeteners! I (and apparently many others) simply don't understand why this even more unhealthy sweetener stuff has to be slipped into the normal sweet drinks... If I'm going to treat myself to a sweet drink, then I want real sugar! Better a price increase and better quality! Before the adjustment, the taste of M Budget Grapefruit was better than some more expensive branded products... It's just a shame and I hope you go back to the "old" recipe soon...
Hello Sussudio, thank you for your inquiry. We carried out consumer tests (blind tests with 60 people) at the end of November. The M-Budget Grapefruit and M-Budget Grapefruit Zero products performed just as well in these tests in terms of overall popularity as our competitors' products. Dear Migros, Now we have been waiting for a very long time and are being put off again and again!!! When will the old recipe finally come back???? Almost everyone used to click on the 5 stars for this drink!!!! Have you noticed the difference now??? I would love to buy the grapefruit in Migros again, because the whole family loved it!!! Dear Migros, why do you now have to make the normal version (i.e. not the ZERO) with sweeteners? I can taste EVERY artificial sweetener and I don't like any of them yet. For the people who want that, there is the ZERO! Can you please explain this to me? I want the old recipe back... At the moment I have to get my drinks from the Coop.
Hello Ralf_Rai, thank you very much for your input. We are sorry that you no longer like the new recipe. The old recipe did indeed not contain any sweeteners. We added the steviol glycosides to increase the sweetening power. However, this was at a lower dose than the maximum permitted. As we have received many negative comments about this recipe change, we will be reviewing the recipes again in the coming weeks. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you for "checking". We customers are also happy to check when the (original) old recipe will be back on the shelves. It should be ready for summer at the latest. The drink is (or rather: was) one of the most refreshing for hot summer days.
Can you please switch back to the old recipe before the hot months, I'm annoyed that I have to go to a different store just for the drink. Has the new recipe not been tested? I'm sure that any tester would have been able to see the quality of the current brew after the first sip. If you need a tester in the future, I'll be happy to come and save you such embarrassing mistakes (1.5 stars).
What space-time continuum is Migros operating in? "we [will] check the recipes again in the next few weeks" was promised to us over three months ago and still no answer... It's getting hot out there and a return would make us all happy. Then we can also excuse the late reply ;-)

Can I still get the old recipe from somewhere? That way I could at least keep a few in the cellar. Or will the old formula be sold again? Please take a look at all the reviews. It's awful. To your reasoning. A sweet drink has nothing to do with being healthy anyway. And there's also zero. I loved the m-budget grapefruit, now it's just disgusting.
