Why is Exquisito instant coffee with caffeine no longer available?
Hi sandymaus64, thank you for your inquiry. We switched Exquisito instant coffee to glass packaging and transferred it to the new umbrella brand "Migros." At the same time, the recipe was revised. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Ohhh...so the recipe doesn't need to be revised, it was great! Too bad there won't be any refill bags anymore...

Does Migros simply not care about the many negative reviews of the new Gold coffee?
Looks like this....
Hello fraurumpel, thank you very much for your message. Feedback from our customers is very important to us. We assure you that we regularly check and analyze the product reviews on Migipedia. We are currently unable to estimate whether and when corresponding adjustments will be made, as it takes time to review customer feedback. If you have any specific comments or suggestions about instant coffee, we would be delighted if you could share them with us. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you. I don't like the taste of the new Gold coffee as much. It's more bitter than the Noblesse.
It's probably also a question of price, or it's not profitable enough and then a product is removed from the range
Hello fraurumpel, thank you very much for your honest feedback. We are very sorry that you do not like the revised recipe of our coffee. The taste of Migros Gold instant coffee is based on the quality of Exquisito coffee in order to offer a harmonious aroma and a comparable intensity.
We take your feedback very seriously and will pass it on to the relevant specialist department so that we can continue to pursue this issue. After all, our aim is for our coffee to provide enjoyable moments! Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Leaning...that would be nice...
But thanks for the $5 gift card. I definitely won't be buying any M-Gold coffee with it, though.

Are there any concrete plans for the reintroduction of Exquisito instant coffee? How much longer will we have to put up with this disappointing-tasting brew?
Hello Exquisito, thank you very much for your message. We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with the new quality of our Migros Gold instant coffee and that the Exquisito instant coffee was a valued product for you.
We have indeed changed the Exquisito "Crema Noblesse" instant coffee to glass and transferred it to our new umbrella brand "Migros". This coffee is now called "Migros Gold mild" (article number 1071.081). There are currently no plans to reintroduce Exquisito instant coffee.
The raw materials for our new instant coffee come from sustainably managed sources. We use both Arabica and Robusta beans to achieve a harmonious and full-bodied taste.
As coffee is a natural product, the taste may vary slightly. Nevertheless, we have based the taste of the new recipe on the old quality of Exquisito coffee to ensure a comparable intensity.
We are sorry that the new coffee does not meet your expectations. We take your honest feedback very seriously and will pass it on to the relevant specialist department so that we can continue to pursue this issue.
We regret that we do not currently have a more positive response for you. We hope you understand and thank you for your openness. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Based on the old taste? Vary the taste slightly? Then you'll have to go back over the books, or rather over the palates of honest customers, to bring back the old flavors and remove the annoying bitterness. I hope you succeed in significantly improving the recipe.

How can coffee in a jar be as good as Exquisito and still not cost half as much? Why was the Exquisito in a bag taken out of the range? The brand is still available in the bean coffee range. Otherwise Migros has practically only other brands (Nescafé) in its range; not a trace of too much choice...
Hello Baer56, we switched the organic instant coffee to glass and transferred it to the new umbrella brand "Migros". The new name of the product is "Migros Bio Gold". At the same time, the recipe was revised. The costs are driven by various factors, such as raw materials, processing, packaging, etc. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
