«Tasty mix with fresh ingredients, but frequent issues with vegetable freshness and high price. Many wish for more variety and better quality.»

Good kit unfortunately a bit expensive.
The vegetables were fresh & delicious.
However, there is also fish sauce & prawn paste, which I don't really want to support (as a vegan), unfortunately only apparent on closer inspection of the ingredients list (because it is 'hidden' under the vegetables). A label saying "Contains fish sauce" or something like that would be useful. Or do without it altogether, which is also possible with the red curry mix ;) You don't need the coconut powder either, it's better with liquid coconut milk.
The red curry mix has slightly different & more vegetables (and without fish sauce), but I think the vegetables in the yellow curry are better. (I love okra, eggplant and baby corn :))
I sautéed the vegetables, added some green curry paste (1 tbsp) + coconut milk.
No need for fish sauce, shrimp paste & coconut powder, it's great without.
Would also welcome egg eggplants, sweetcorn, okras,... in the open shop :) The vegetable mix is quite expensive and doesn't keep as long as stated.
Cool mix and I love okras
For such a high price, in such a limited assortment, there aren't enough "Thai vegetables" (e.g. eggplants).
Otherwise, when all the ingredients in the package are fresh (neither old/dry, nor rotten), this proposal can help you out.
The recipe is given for 3 liters, a little too little "liquid" for my taste. Additional liquid/coconut milk can of course be added. I found the taste convincing and very racy! I will buy it again!
Favorite Thai set
The ingredients are great! However, you can safely leave out the instant coconut milk powder. It's better to use liquid coconut milk.
It was fun to cook a Thai curry myself. However, it is a bit expensive for what you get
The Thai eggplants were missing, instead there was a lot of corn. It's probably cheaper for Migros, but the Thai feeling was missing. The okras were rotten and had to be thrown away, even though the set was still valid for five days. In addition, the Migros set is much more expensive than the competitor's. Unfortunately not recommended.
Super Thai mixture and the leftovers can be frozen together with rice
