It's a shame that the strawberries didn't have time to ripen fully. Their flavor is barely noticeable, and their texture, which is rather al dente, contrasts with the tenderness we had hoped for.

The strawberries weren't quite ripe yet, but they already had a lot of flavor.

Very fine strawberries, unfortunately always at least two rotten ones at the bottom.
All except those from Switzerland tasted unripe.
Tasty, but you have to eat them right away because they go bad very quickly.
