Mega fine. I always cook them in advance (steam pot). Today I made chips in the Airfryer. 1000 times better than the store-bought ones.
Too bad there are mostly small
fine aroma, always amazed at how good potatoes are when you cook them in their skins only.
The fresh potatoes are tender and delicious. I love the open sale because I can take as much as I need.
