Qualitative deficiencies
Potatoes that don't break during cooking, very good.
Ok but different quality.

Unfortunately, this happens time and time again. The potatoes have several dark spots. I have to cut away half of the potato. What a shame.
Resist cooking. I mainly use them boiled and fried.
I miss the old varieties like Erika, Nicola and Bintje. The new varieties never come close to the old ones in terms of taste.
Mostly very nice and good :)
