Hi Migros
I've already had four bags with rotten onions in them. In the last bag, I had to throw away almost half of the onions because the outer three layers were completely rotten. Please find a solution as soon as possible so that you can ensure that your suppliers meet the required quality standards again. In the meantime, I'll be buying my onions from your competitors.
Hello Sr_R, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are sorry that you had so many problems with rotten onions. This should not happen.
The quality of our products is our top priority. We set clear requirements for our suppliers and carry out strict checks when receiving goods. Unfortunately, certain defects only become apparent later on. We have forwarded your comment directly to our purchasing and quality assurance departments and are working to improve the situation.
You can return products of unsatisfactory quality to the store at any time. There you will receive either a replacement or a refund. We hope to win you back soon with flawless products. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

These onions are never missing in my house. We love onions :-)
Unfortunately, it has happened to me twice recently that I had a rotten onion in my bag :-(
I wonder why?
Hello sweetychris
Of course it is important to us to always offer very good quality in our stores. We try to guarantee this by setting clear requirements for our suppliers on the one hand and by carrying out strict checks on incoming goods on the other. All employees involved in the value chain strive every day to offer our customers a range of fruit and vegetables of impeccable quality.
All products are checked for quality and those that do not meet the requirements are not sold. However, certain quality defects sometimes only become apparent after some time and are barely visible. We have of course forwarded your request to the responsible departments in Purchasing and Quality Assurance and hope to be able to convince you of our quality again in the future. If you are not satisfied with a product, you can of course return it to the relevant store and receive a replacement there if necessary.
Best regards from the M-Infoline team
Taking it back to the store would be food waste, because it would be thrown away anyway! I no longer buy these bags because there are always one or two rotten ones, I will ask the store about it again.
Hello PatJ, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the quality of our onions is a cause for complaint. Of course, this should not be the rule. You can return the faulty items and have them exchanged. You can keep the products that are still edible, so there is no food waste. If you buy another pack and notice any discrepancies, please send us the packaging information (article number, shelf life and lot number) directly. This will enable us to carry out further checks. best regards, your M-Infoline team
