Finally, I can buy kale at Migros. I love the taste. So far, I've always gotten fresh, crisp kale. It should be consumed quickly; it tastes best when fresh.

I made chips in the air fryer for the first time. Next time I buy some, I'll make sure to choose ones with lots of "feathers." This one only had two stems, while the others had very large, tough leaves. Always keep the preparation method in mind.
Honestly, that's our two dwarf rabbits' favorite food.
