Unfortounately I can never find organic Chives, but these at least seemed very fresh to me. Would prefer if they would have some organic option though.

For sauces and salads.....
I am satisfied with the quality, it is fresh and flawless.
However, I would also like to buy the chives in organic quality.
Chives often have wilted or rotten stems, so they always have to be sorted out.
