I think red chicory is great and was delighted to find it in the range
I like the taste and that they come from the region
Very tasty, pleasantly bitter and beautiful on the plate with its red color. It also keeps for a super long time and still remains crunchy. It would be great if chicory could be bought open. It's always a lot of packaging this way...
