I really liked the salad. There are lots of vegetables in it, which I really like. I also thought the falafel tasted great and each color tasted distinctly different (spinach, beetroot, sweet potato). However, the falafel is quite dry and crumbly. The couscous is also very well seasoned and you can taste the basil sauce. But beware... the salad doesn't come with any other sauce, which is absolutely necessary!
Okay for a snack but you need 2 sauces because otherwise it's too dry.
