As a regular consumer of Chinese-style noodles, I've noticed a change in the cooking water, which turns white and pasty. Has the recipe been modified?

This information will enable us to check the reserve sample. You'll find the batch number next to the best-before date. It usually begins with an L or a combination of letters and numbers.
