Bad luck for once:
Bought yesterday, Saturday, 21.06.2014 at 09:35, today Sunday already ¾ of the sunflowers of the "Bunter Strauss" for Sfr. 17.90 are dead! ☠

We are very sorry that our flowers have given cause for complaint. Quality is extremely important to us and we understand your disappointment with the condition of these flowers. All our bouquets should keep for at least five days. By adding flower food, you can further support the shelf life. We also recommend cutting the stems before placing them in water.
We suspect that individual deliveries were not constantly cooled and the temperature in the boxes rose to over 12°C for a short time. Unfortunately, this defect is not apparent during processing, as the reaction of paralysis is only triggered at higher temperatures in the store or in the living room.
