Recently, I stopped finding sprouts in plastic bags at Migros and instead find them in unhygienic, unecological "plastic tins". Why? I can't understand this change, especially as Migros wants to be exemplary with its many promises? In my opinion, the production costs are much higher, apart from the waste and the environmental aspect. I have never had any quality problems with Migros sprouts!

It's about sprouts in general. Last week I couldn't buy any more varieties in the "old" plastic bags.
I always shop in the Lucerne region (last week Emmenbrücke Wohncenter and Schönbühl).
The organic sprouts in the bag in question came from Bio Widacher in Malters. This farm has stopped producing organic sprouts for various reasons.
For 3 weeks now, we have been sourcing our new range of sprouts from Bio Hof Schmid in 6284 Gelfingen. Among other things, this farm specializes in the production of organic sprouts and is also a CoR farm (Aus der Region.Für die Region).
The range includes 5 different organic sprouts in resealable boxes and 2 different pack sizes 100g and 250g. Your M-Infoline Team
Thank you for the information. Nevertheless, I think this type of packaging should be reconsidered. The plastic bags could also be resealed very easily with a clip or a staple.
Best regards
