Inedible!!! We had to throw away all the courgettes after cooking. Even during the cooking process, we noticed the stale or "gray" taste that masked any other taste. Horrible produce despite being "organic". The culture medium of the courgettes must be infested with mold. The taste is transferred to the courgettes. We had already noticed the taste of products from Spain in the past and stopped buying them. Apparently the "organic" courgettes are also from these (presumably) "Or-sol" plantations.
