I have now also received green lemons, the product picture is yellow, which confuses me.
I would freeze them and then defrost them when I need them.

Can I rely on the fact that organic lemons have no wax layer or similar? I dry them and need them in hot tea. Thanks for the answer

Hello tkv, thank you for your additional information. The green peel has no influence on the quality of the lemon. The color is seasonal and the temperature has an influence. The peel only turns yellow with the autumn harvest. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
