Dear Migros,
Following the sad closure of AlNatura,
Why is the excellent AlNatura kefir not (yet?) available in the Migros range (along with other popular products such as ginger green tea)?
I know for a fact that this AlNatura Nature Kefir was very popular (I often found myself standing in front of an empty shelf and asking the friendly staff if they still had any in stock).
I hope that your data/analytics specialists have also noticed this?!

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide you with definitive information about which Alnatura products, which were previously only available from Alnatura, will be included in our Migros range. Why isn't the kefir drink tart? Is it really as healthy as it should be if that is missing? I consume it mainly for the health benefits, not the taste, so I'm a little unsure if it's worth it. Especially when I read these comments here from people who seem to know more about it than I do.

In order to check your request in the best possible way, we also need the best-before date and the batch/lot number of the bottle in question. You will normally find the batch/lot number next to the best-before date. This usually begins with the letter L or consists of a combination of letters and numbers. This kefir has a really strange taste of milk not fresh, it has nothing to do with the real kefir which must be acidulous (see my evaluation). What's more, it's too liquid. The name kefir is not correct in this case.
