I prepare them in the oven, then cut them into pieces and add them to a hot soup.
Or once prepared, cut them in half and put some raclette cheese on top and bake. Makes a nice change from potatoes or bread.

I used the tofu as a topping for ramen soup and was absolutely thrilled! When heated in the oven, it becomes slightly crispy on the outside and has this light and fluffy consistency on the inside, which absorbs the broth like a sponge. So you get a lot of flavor and spice in every bite, even in the tofu. It's super cool that the soy comes from Switzerland!

Bought on the expiration date because it was discounted. Was good. Without discount is expensive.

Absolute disappointment. After just one day in the fridge at home, the product was completely moldy. According to the expiration date, it should have lasted 10 days longer.
